Finding and troubleshooting cracked BGA solder connections are a real pain in the neck. Please describe how xray fits into this process, the type of machine used, and how that machine is used in conjunction with other equipment.

We have the same machine running the same alloy and have not seen this problem, but we're not running it nearly as much as you do. Have you asked Pillarhouse what could be happening? Try sending photos to them. They have been helpful in the past.

Mach3 is a CNC software used by ACE-Protech to run their Selective Solder machines, I don't know what a jog pendant is, unless it's like a wired remote for moving the axis.
