Hello! My company is going to switch to leadfree production. We have Electrovert EconoPak Gold and EPM 420 ATX wavesoldering machines and Heller 1700W, Heller 1800W reflows. We are interested in a company (in Europe) which can modify our soldering i

Many of the components will deteriorate at very different rates. This makes giving an hour rating difficult. If you read, http://www.speedlinetech.com/docs/EquipmentImpactsofLeadFreeWavesolderingAPEX2003BestUSPaper.pdf you will see they give inspe

Indium Corp. has some, 3549-HF and 3590-T, both are OK for foaming. Most of the better performing newer fluxes require spray application for best performance. Alpha, Kester and others have wave fluxes too. http://www.indium.com/products/circuitboar

DB Comments on things that should be set and controlled and not adjusted are: * We agree that pot temperature should be excluded. * We'd like you to add parallelism to your list of items to exclude from CK's list. It's given that parallelism is impo
