Samsung SM320 VS Assembleon 8 head Opal XII

Hi, it seems like you have some experience with the SM320... How do you feel about the reliability, and consistency of it? does it generate alot of error on a run? and what do you mean about feeders breaking the head? Also you're telling me that this

What's The Dealy-O With Smocks?

Electronics Forum | Fri Dec 16 08:57:30 EST 2005 | chunks

Why does everyone tell me smocks will prevent ESD. They're not grounded, so how can they bleed or prevent ESD? They may not cause any ESD, but they sure don't come close to a heel strap or ESD shoes. OK, maybe from a "management" standpoint it mak

Separate Oven for lead-free reflow

Electronics Forum | Wed Jan 04 10:34:04 EST 2006 | DannyJ

I don't believe you are missing anything, Amol. Mainly, you just need to make sure that your oven handles the higher temperatures needed for reflow. Also, there has been a lot of discussion on how many zones are needed to properly reflow lead-free

Copper thickness - rejection criteria

Electronics Forum | Fri Jan 06 17:20:47 EST 2006 | davef

Mike You get what you ask for. We ask for 0.001 inch minimum. If your supplier's published process range allows thickness below 0.001 inch minimum, you need to define your own acceptance criterion. We don't use average measurements in lot inspect
