Have you created block offsets for each board in the panel? We have rotated baords in panels but have not had to use block fiducials, we just use board fids. We place 0402s and 16mil fine pitch on multiple boards in a panel with boards rotated 180

Yep, we did it just the way you described, I think. What we did NOT do was a block conversion. We just built it a board at a time, to see if things were accurate when we first programmed it. They weren't, so we did away with the block fids, adjusted

We always do block conversion and have never had a problem. Is there a problem with the accuracy of your PCBs from the vendor? If you can get a panel placed correctly the next panels should also place correctly. I just created a 2x8 panel with hal

When we bought our Heller reflow oven, the installation technician recommended using Oberon chain lube part # 680784(0) when we needed to purchase more oil for our chain. I just went to the oberonlube.com website and could not find that part number.

I have been had doing surface mount boards for a while and am now looking for a cheap fairly small footprint machine to help get more boards out. The problem is I don't know a lot about pick and place machines and there are so many different kinds s

Ramp rate is measured in degrees per second. Max and min temps are not required to to establish "ramp rate". The difference between parts, like I was describing is Delta T. But, ramp rate is a generation from this as well. Most component manufact

No, you're wrong! All that matters is you just wear nice shiny shoes, a long sleeve shirt and make sure the Delta-T in the crease of your pants doesn't exceed the ramp rate of your buzzwords. When people ask you very simple technical questions you

Small waves are fine, biggest problem is the little to no preheat length. This is reason that complex boards cannot be soldered without defects. They also do not handle thick PCBas very well either because of same issue. Most of these "benchtops"

As unlikely that this may be, if the RF circuit is sensitive enough, and the minor change in alloy is the only thing that changed, this MAY be the cause. The circuit was probably tuned to Sn63/Pb37. The reason I'm not surprised? I once had a custo
