The most common issue with baking parts for removing moisture too much, is oxidation of the leads. But I haven't seen that too much. I'm really curious what moisture magnets are and how they work.

Check with Sono-Tek. We have a dross recovery machine, which works great. They may make one for what you're looking for.

I agree with jdengler .. Check the zone fans if their working good ! It may be the root cause of this problem .

We use no-clean sac305 pastes that are not water soluble. Will a DI water based washer work for cleaning these stencils or is alcohol required?

Update - Solved On talking with BTU they mentioned that if the conveyor is always running full speed then cleaning out the motor brush area with compressed air will cure it. I'm guessing that the carbon dust had encroached onto the encoder. A good b

can any of the work be done remotely? You may be able to fond someone that isn't local to you to help you get through until you find someone. Depends on what exactly you need done.
