Hi, I checked one out in Taiwan recently, and they had two NXT systems on the booth. I think they are very exciting, and being able to change the mounter head and camera, and dual lane is good for through put. However each bay is only 20 x 8mm feed

Without having tried it, I'll be the first to say I don't know how you could, and I would have no trouble at all telling my management absolutely not.

I too had to reduce by 50% because of floating (0.006"). But, most recommendations are for pads with via perforations. So if you are mounting to a flat pad, reduce even more.

We'd do it the same way that you did, except apply no solder mask over the heat slug.

It will also depend on if the paste is OA (water soluble) or No-Clean. I believe you can leave No-Clean out longer because it absorbs moisture slower than OA. As always check with the paste manufacturer to see what they say. It should also be on t

I am looking for Juki belt feeders. Does anyone know where I can purchase these at a decent price. I looked up Comtra and it looks like they do no make them anymore. If you have any info that would be great.
