There are many different IPC Standards, so it depends which process you are referring to. IPC-A-610 is the IPC Standard which pertains specifically to PCB Manufacturing.

Sounds like the Hydra is disabled in settings. One of the Micronic experts will have to tell you where that is.. My last Hydra was a MY12 many years ago.

You teach the corners of the component picked from the previous steps. Just select "PTF RR BTWN RAIL" slot 75 in "feeder teach" and it should move over to the belt.

I have 2 SM421s in service and they still support mine. What is the exact error message? Did you look up the code? What step in homing is it doing when it fails? Maybe post a photo of the error list or message that pops up?
