Hello, You should contact your PCB suppliers and ask them. Most of PCB suppliers did not recommend exposing PCBs to more than 5 thermal cycles.

What is the total volume of parts processed? How well are your models defined, are the BOM's allowing a wide range of components? Are you using a global component database or product specific?

If the connection is poor you would need to consider was the solder volume correct & is the oven profile correct? Was the paste mixed correctly & within all operating windows such as exp date, time out etc etc

How much was that? My understanding of a Yamaha is they have a few tricks/features you don't often see on others and clearly targets the higher speed higher accuracy models of the original names in printing.

Are you able to slow down the feed rate? Are the parts possibly sticking to the cover tape a bit when it's peeled back?

Start with contacting the equipment manufactures, majority provide training external and internal. also there are independent programmers that conduct online training thru teams etc. what equipment are you using?

I've seen a smart splice demo at an expo, and was fairly impressed. They would work well with our mycronic machines. I like that they have a tape system and you can just splice blank tape and reuse them.
