Just visually inspect the squeegee everyday. If there is some damage you will notice right away ....and yes you will start to get bad prints.

Component fabricator is concerned about the temperature of the lead at the point where the lead enters the component body. So, if you sink temperature at that point, you will assure a lower chance of damaging the component.

You can have it either way. In each program you can select to have the side pressure active for the entire program. The factory setting is to have it release immediately after it pushes the pcb against the fixed rail.

The easiest way is to export a .ssa file form the step screen and then reimport it at the correct rotation. you wont loose any imporant info and it will only take a couple of minutes. Call me and I will walk you through it 267-374-8173

Sometimes, those clips are adjustable, and you can slide it up to cover the part for you. Otherwise, in the past, I've always just put in a new clip when this sort of issue cropped up. Cheers, ..rob

Thanks Gary, I have found that you could fix them in program editor and then use the manual assign option, the only problem then is that you cannot output a text file for the common program, the option is greyed out.

Hey, First you need to check if the I/O port setting is ok. Also how many jumpers are you using? Atlast always connect JP4 to PLD registers base address
