The SMT Series Cleaning Systems include the industry's most powerful batch-format drying system.  The SMT series cleaners utilize a combination of convection and radiant heat technology for fast, thorough drying. On chemical compatible models, an available chemical management system provides automatic dosing and mixing of chemicals to ensure proper chemical concentrations at the push of a button.

Low Discharge (SMT-LD Series)

Low-discharge (LD) is the most popular configuration. Capable of removing all flux residues (no-clean, rosin, watersoluble), the LD Series are exceptionally versatile. All LD models are equipped with a built-in wash solution filtration and recirculation system. The wash solution recycler allows the reuse of wash solution, maximizing the wash solution's loading capacity, preventing the wash solution from going to drain, and reducing both operational costs and  environmental liability. Dual spray pumps prevent cross contamination of wash solution and rinse water.
