Veeco Sloan Technology Dektak V300-Si Surface Profiler for 12" Wafers appears to be in very nice cosmetic condition.
It does show some minor signs of normal usage.
It does power up and the stage has movement
The lights on the scan tower illuminate
and after the system initialized and the computer fully booted up,
we were able to access the Dektak software, and get it to make various scans on a wafer.
It does appear to be functional.
It will need calibrated.
