PHASE 4 will provide AIM customers within this region with products, service and technical support to assist AIM customers in finding the best solution for their soldering needs.
Located in Gilbert, AZ, PHASE 4 is a manufacturers’ representative organization that has been servicing the semiconductor, electronics and aerospace industries for more than 30 years.
