BTU International to Exhibit at PV Taiwan

Company representatives will highlight BTU's inline thermal processing systems for metallization, diffusion and advanced cell processing.

In solar cell processing, BTU utilizes its vast process experience in solving critical thermal process problems. BTU customers can expect to lower time to production, increase production yield and decrease unscheduled downtime.

BTU’s solutions for Advanced Cell Processing include systems for nickel silicide formation, activation of advanced contacts, reduction of silver contact resistance and dielectric passivation.
