Speedprint Technology announces that it has been awarded a 2013 Circuits Assembly Service Excellence Award in the category of Screen / Stencil Printing for its outstanding customer ratings, as judged by its own customers.
Circuits Assembly Editor-in-Chief, Mike Buetow presented the award to Mark Brawley, V.P. of Speedprint Americas, during a Tuesday, February 19, 2013 ceremony that took place at the San Diego Convention Center in California.
“The SP700 design simplicity allows us to quickly interface with the customers remotely and provide diagnostic support through various machine network tools, improving service response and speed of communication worldwide,” states Rod Evans, Speedprint General Manager.
“We are really pleased to achieve this honor. It is especially gratifying given real customers choose the winner of this award by the feedback they supply,” said Mark Brawley, V.P. of Speedprint Americas. “Speedprint is completely focused on delivering value to our customers and it all starts with smart engineering, outstanding reliability and the backing of a dedicated support team. This is another example of how we employ technology to create efficiencies and cost savings that are passed on to our users.”
Sponsored by Circuits Assembly, the Service Excellence Awards (SEAs) for Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) providers and electronics assembly suppliers honor companies excelling in the crucial area of customer service. The program, now in its 21st year, functions as a way for participants to see how they compare to peers in customer satisfaction.
Speedprint Technology became a division of the Blakell Europlacer Group of companies in September 1998. Following the acquisition and re-establishment of Speedprint, the group formed a new engineering team, many of which had years of experience with locally based printer manufacturers including DEK and SMTech, to develop and enhance the company’s portfolio of products. In keeping with the ethos of the Blakell Group’s desire to offer flexible and innovative solutions to the market, Speedprint is committed to delivering affordable leading edge stencil printing technology. The realization of this ambition is clearly illustrated by the company’s flagship avi range of fully automatic inline printers. Today, Speedprint operates from a hi-tech facility based in Poole, in southern United Kingdom.
