SMTA China Presents Seven Best-Paper/Presentation Awards and Two Best Exhibit Awards at SMTA China East 2015 Conference/NEPCON China 2015

SMTA China announces that it presented awards for seven papers at the SMTA China East 2015 Conference Award Presentation Ceremony, held on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center in conjunction with the SMTA China Annual Award Ceremony.

Flextronics Manufacturing (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd.’s Henley Zhou was awarded The Best Paper of Technology Conference One for the paper titled “The Failure Analysis of So-called Silver Leaching and Reliability Performance Study of Different Solder Alloys in Hi-Temp Hot Bar Soldering Process”

Purafil, Inc.’s Besfield Zhu was awarded The Best Paper of Technology Conference Two for the paper titled “Air Quality in Data Centers: People vs. the Machines”

Henley Zhou, from Flextronics Manufacturing (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd., received the award for The Best Presentation of Technology Conference One for the presentation titled “The Failure Analysis of So-called Silver Leaching and Reliability Performance Study of Different Solder Alloys in Hi-Temp Hot Bar Soldering Process”

Jason Chan, from KYZEN Corporation, received the award for The Best Presentation of Technology Conference Two for the presentation titled “Advanced Cleaning Fluid Design for Cleaning Highly Dense Interconnects without Attack to Exposed Metals”

Ziwei Wu, from Shenzhen City TongFang Electronic New-material Co., Ltd., received the award for The Best Presentation of Vendor Conference One for the presentation titled “Influence of Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotubes on Microstructures and Properties of Low Silver Content Lead-Free Solder Paste”

Paul Wood, from OK International, received the award for The Best Presentation of Vendor Conference Two for the presentation titled “Non-contact Array Solder Clean Up technology”

Glen Yang, from Dongguan Anda Automation Equipment Co., Ltd., received the award for The Best Presentation of Vendor Conference Three for the presentation titled “Application of Coating and Dispensing Technology in Electronic Products”

ZESTRON Europe received the award for The Best Emerging Exhibit of the Year 2015 China East with the product of “ZESTRON EYE CM System”

SamSung TechWin received the award for The Best Exhibit Technology of the Year 2015 China East with the product of “Auto Sensing Head(ASH)”
