Assembly: Adhesives, BGA/CSP Assembly, Cleaning, DFX, Dispensing, Equipment Selection, Facility Layout, Flux and Solder, Land Pattern Design, Lead-Free Soldering, Low Volume, Printing, Placement, Reflow, Rework, Selective Soldering, Wave Soldering, Yield Improvement.
