Flexible SecureGrip systems in combination with a programmable MultiFlux minimize the need for customized tooling and applications. The SelectWave is equipped with a single solder nozzle blanketed by a constant flow of nitrogen, which virtually eliminates maintenance and ensures a stable, clean solder wave. Wave stability is controlled by a unique impeller design working in conjunction with a patented �smart� duct system. A robust stainless steel pump with proven shaft sealing technology ensures low maintenance, high up-time and a stable soldering process. Frequency-controlled reluctance synchronous motors ensure a highly stable pump speed. The unit can operate at temperatures up to 400 �C., ensuring lead-free soldering capability.
