Kyzen, a world leading provider of environmentally responsible cleaning products for high-reliability and high-technology manufacturing operations, will highlight METALNOX® M6319 and M6309LT in Booth #3261 at the upcoming FABTECH exhibition, schedule to take place November 14-17, 2011 at McCormick Place in Chicago, IL.
METALNOX® M6319 is a heavy-duty, high alkaline all-purpose cleaner. It is an aqueous blend of detergents, alkalinity builders, conditioners, and organic and inorganic inhibitors designed for heavy-duty cleaning of oils, waxes, grease, drawing oils, machining oils, fingerprints, hydraulic fluids, road dirt, carbonized oils, petrolatum and shop dirt while being relatively safe to use on most alloys.
M6319 is easy-to-use and is diluted further with water as required to remove the soils involved. To prevent flash rusting of ferrous parts, one to three percent of M6319 or an inhibitor may be added to all rinse stages. The cleaner is low foaming, non-phosphated, and is safe on magnesium as well as ferrous and copper alloys.
METALNOX® M6309LT is a mild alkaline, aqueous cleaning chemistry designed to remove machining oils, burned-on carbon and other manufacturing soils from all types of metal substrates at a low temperature. M6309LT is highly effective on tungsten carbide and other metals that are susceptible to chemical attack.
M6309LT is designed for use in spray and immersion applications without the use of amines. The room temperature cleaner successfully cleans brass screw machine parts and contains corrosion inhibitors for aluminum, brass and steel.
METALNOX® M6319 and M6309LT are available in one, five and 55 gallon containers.
