Kyzen to Highlight METALNOX® M6330 and METALNOX® M6319 at the 2010 Process Cleaning Expo

METALNOX® M6330 is a high alkaline aqueous solution designed to clean and brighten a wide variety of metal parts. M6330 will provide long-term corrosion protection on ferrous and copper based alloys, including brass and bronze. M6330 is intended to be diluted for use in spray or immersion systems.

METALNOX® M6330 is particularly effective in removing heavy greases and oils found in typical CNC machining operations. M6330 will not discolor sensitive metals such as brass and other copper based alloys. Aluminum alloys should be tested to determine compatibility.

A non-flammable, corrosive, low VOC aqueous solution, METALNOX® M6330 has proven compatible with most materials of construction used in industrial parts cleaning systems and processes. METALNOX® M6330 contains no CFCs or HAPs.

METALNOX® M6319 is a heavy-duty aqueous high alkaline all-purpose cleaner. It is an aqueous blend of detergents, alkalinity builders, conditioners, and organic and inorganic inhibitors designed for heavy-duty cleaning of oils, waxes, grease, drawing oils, machining oils, fingerprints, hydraulic fluids, road dirt, carbonized oils, petrolatum and shop dirt while being relatively safe to use on most alloys.

M6319 is easy to use, and is diluted further with water as required to remove the soils involved. To prevent flash rusting of ferrous parts, one to three percent of M6319 or an inhibitor may be added to all rinse stages.

The cleaner is low foaming, non-phosphated, and is safe on magnesium as well as ferrous and copper alloys. It features trace silicates, prevents flash rust, and has no HAPs, CFCs or SARA 313s. Additionally, M6319 is low VOC and can be used in both spray and immersion systems.

M6319 is multi-metal safe for use on yellow metals including copper, bronze and brass, some aluminum alloys, iron, steel, and composites in addition to most precious metals, plastics and rubbers.
