METALNOX® M6310 is an aqueous blend designed for heavy-duty cleaning of dry lube, oils, waxes, grease, carbonized soils and shop dirt while being multi-metal safe. Easy to use, M6310 is diluted further with water as required to remove the soils involved. M6310 contains silicates and phosphates; therefore, a thorough rinse is required to prevent white bloom on parts. To prevent flash rusting of ferrous parts, an addition of an inhibitor, such as KYZEN® CP90S in the rinse is suggested.
KYZEN® CP90S is an aqueous blend of organic and inorganic inhibitors specially designed for long-term protection from oxidation during in-door storage. CP90S is safe to use on a broad spectrum of substrates, and eliminates flash rust and galvanic corrosion. Easy to use, CP90S is diluted further with water as desired to provide the degree of protection needed.
METALNOX® M6310 and KYZEN® CP90S are available in five, 25 and 200 liter drums.
