This workshop will introduce the most important elements needed for a successful PCB cleaning process and will discuss cleaning agent technologies and equipment available in the industry. Additionally, the event will review different process control tools and methodologies as well as various types of flux residues and the challenges they pose. Hands-on demonstrations will complete the one-day seminar. The same workshop will be held on two dates in two California cities:
- Tuesday, June 14 at Henkel Electronic Materials, 14000 Jamboree Road, Irvine, CA 92606
- Thursday, June 16 at Brookside Inn, 400 Valley Way, Milpitas, CA 95035
This workshop will discuss the key elements for a successful PCB process including the following:
"Conductive Crystals, Electrical Leakage and White Residue... The Rush to Clean No-Clean"
Presented by Aqueous Technologies
- Cleaning Prior to the Montreal Protocol
- Ongoing Trend of Miniaturization
- Cleaning No-Clean Fluxes
