ACD, a leading supplier to the electronics industry, has broadened the role of Lance Friedemann, who has worked as the company’s Design Manager for more than five years.
In his new role as Production Manager, Lance will oversee the test and assembly process teams as well as production maintenance and machine assembly. He now is responsible for overall department efficiency gains, cost reductions and overtime control. Additionally, Lance manages WIP to ensure products keep moving and holds are accurate.

Friedemann is a CERTIFIED INTERCONNECT DESIGNER (CID) — Awarded by the IPC — Association Connecting Electronics Industries. He demonstrates exceptional analytical problem solving, process development and implementation, leadership through example, ability to help resolve issues between co-workers, and build and motivate cohesive teams. Lance can quickly learn complex software and is experienced in teaching/training personnel.
