M. E. Baker Acquires Advanced Chemill Systems� Parts Business

Cambridge, MA - M. E. Baker Co. has purchased the inventory and rights to the replacement parts business of Advanced Chemill Systems, M.E. Baker said today.

M.E. Baker will provide support for the 200 ACS machines in the field. Inventory will be handled from its Cambridge headquarters.

Separately, M.E. Baker said it sold �Sideline� pulse plating modules to MCT and R&D Circuits (Edison, NJ), and a Ludy �Pulse I� automated copper plating line to Sovereign Circuits (North Jackson, OH).
