Apr 25, 2003 Previously employed as Sales Manager for Cheshire Circuits, Heyes has been promoted to director level following the acquisition of Cranford Circuits and formation of the larger CC Electronics Europe earlier this year.
Heyes reports directly to David Maitland who is Managing Director of the privately owned PCB manufacturing firm which supplies to the electronics, telecomms, computer, medical, broadcast and security industries.
Maitland explains: "Wendy's appointment as Sales Director gives her a wider remit to grow the business by expanding our customer base and developing new export markets".
CC Electronics Europe is one of the country's leading players in the PCB industry and has its headquarters in Winsford, Cheshire.
With over 16 years experience in the PCB industry, Heyes is responsible for maintaining total customer satisfaction and developing new business in northern England, Scotland, Ireland and Europe.
Reporting to Heyes are the customer service and sales teams.
Heyes says: "My primary function is to look after our existing customers and ensure their complete satisfaction with our products and service levels.
Following the formation of the enlarged company, I will also be expanding the export side of the business, developing customer accounts across Europe".
Heyes lives in Bolton with her husband and three children.
