Jan 11, 2016 The Prexision-MMS, which was launched in April, 2015, is the most advanced system for measurement of placement accuracy on photomasks. This measurement performance is needed to assure the quality of the most critical photomasks and to ensure they meet all specified requirements.

Mycronic launched the Prexision-MMX in April 2015 and the price is in the span USD 14-17 million. This is the first order for a fully developed measurement system, which is reflected in a lower price.
