Lan Nguyen O'Donnell, President stated, "that this will allow us to expand our equipment sales and customer support throughout Texas and the surrounding States".
Services that will be offered are: BGA Component Rework, BGA Reballing, Repair of SMT & BGA Pads, and Gold Contact Rework.
Training and Certification classes will include Hand Soldering, PCB Rework, BGA Rework and BGA Reballing. Class schedules will be listed on SMTnet's, "Training Courses Page".
