Traditionally used for periodic validation during NPI or process setup, KIC profilers now operate as full-time performance monitors, bridging the gap between setup and sustained thermal control.
This breakthrough system utilizes a multi-zone HeatMap probe and advanced TAS software integration to detect even subtle thermal drifts. With live, graphical displays and automatic tolerance detection, HeatMap enables engineers and operators to identify deviations instantly, helping to prevent defects and rework before they happen. Optional light bars provide visual alerts right on the production floor for even faster response.
HeatMap offers a cost-effective way to extend profiler utilization from ~10% to over 90%, improving ROI without modifying oven hardware or workflows. It's compatible with all major reflow and curing ovens and can be self-installed or deployed with KIC support.
