Juki Corporation, a world-leading provider of automated assembly products and systems, recently appointed MaRC Technologies, Inc. as its representative for the Pacific Northwest.

Bob Black, President and CEO of Juki Corporation, commented, “It is great to have the MaRC team of Mike and Jennifer joining the Juki Family.  We expect great things from them in the years ahead as we continue to build on Juki’s number one position in the market.”

MaRC Technologies, Inc. has been serving the Pacific Northwest territory for more than 15 years. Established in December 1995 by Mike Gunderson, the company’s primary focus is the service and support of electronics manufacturing companies. Jennifer Eby has been serving the area for more than 20 years and joined MaRC Technologies seven years ago. Mont Haines has been providing inside service more than 11 years. Newer additions to the sales team are Steve Welch and Michael Gunderson, specializing in consumables and benchtop products.

“At MaRC Technologies, we are very excited about the opportunity to once again work with Juki.  Juki has the perfect balance of quality, flexibility, availability and service. These are all qualities needed for success in today’s competitive marketplace,” commented Mike Gunderson, President and Owner of MaRC Technologies, Inc.

Juki manufactures high-quality SMT placement systems for use in the electronics manufacturing industry. Renowned for producing reliable, flexible placement equipment that is easy to use and maintain, Juki recently has emerged as a significant player in the high-speed market. As the pioneer of the modular placement machine in the early 90s, Juki has increased the speed of its machines while maintaining quick changeovers and high uptimes. Juki also is the first SMT placement manufacturer to offer a standard three-year full parts warranty on machines sold in the Americas and Europe.

MaRC Technologies, Inc. will represent Juki’s full line of automated assembly products and systems throughout the Pacific Northwest. For more information about MaRC Technologies’ products and services, contact Mike Gunderson at 503-723-0962 or on the Web at www.marctechnologies.com.

Juki Corporation’s experience as the market leader in industrial sewing machines was the stepping-stone for the entry into the printed circuit board assembly market in 1987. Since then, Juki has delivered more than 24,000 automated assembly systems worldwide and is currently shipping an average of 200 assembly machines per month. This extraordinary achievement makes Juki one of the world’s leading providers of automated assembly products and systems. In addition to its core technologies, Juki’s Electronic Assembly and Test Systems Division develops and manufactures advanced electronic systems and computer software for data entry, mail processing and other electronic equipment.
