The ECO Friendly RS Series Lead-Free Hot Air/N2 Reflow Ovens are now available with KIC’s X5 Intelligent Profiler, Auto-Focus Power Software and RPI as well as many KIC accessories. Juki’s RS800/RS800N and RS1000/RS1000N model reflow ovens feature an Independent Air Velocity Controlling System that allows for flexible processing control to easily handle complicated lead-free soldering requirements. The ovens feature a cooling configuration that recycles the filtered air or N2 back to the oven chamber, reducing thermal loss while getting better flux reclamation. Additionally, an efficient power design and air management system greatly improves energy savings while lowering carbon emissions.
