Libra Industries, a privately held electronics manufacturing services provider, announces the appointment of Brian Bukovec to Vice President – Operations. Bukovec joins the executive team with Jennifer Altstadt, who assumed her role as President of Libra Industries in April 2013.

Bukovec joins Libra Industries from Ohio-based Electrolock, Inc. Now, at Libra Industries Bukovec will drive transformation and continuous improvement in all areas including manufacturing, engineering, quality, purchasing, customer service, accounting, human resources and IT. He is proficient with utilizing lean, Six Sigma and design of experiments tools to focus the talents and energy of the team to solve problems, implement positive change, grow and succeed.
Bukovec is a hands-on transformational leader who has worked his way up from the shop-floor to the executive level. He has extensive experience leading multi-site manufacturing companies through all business cycles. Bukovec has held full P&L responsibility, guided and grown businesses from $20 million to $38 million. Passionate in leading all facets of business, Bucovec has a track record for driving continuous improvement and achieving operational excellence with talented people. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Lake Erie College in Painesville, Ohio.
