RED-E-SET high-density units were designed for those applications where the PCB is highly panelized with many cut outs. The higher density of pins, 0.350" spacing, provides the necessary support. The unit is similar to the inline units in size, but with double the pins.
The new Center Support provides next-generation automatic board support, ideal for pick-and-place users that would like to have center board support installed in their machines. Features of the Red-E-Set Center Support include manual or automatic lock, improved quality, and reduced changeover time. Additionally, the Center Support system is easy to install and remove in the machine, and strips can be added as needed. The system supports a range of board widths, as well as a range of support lengths up to 24".
All of the RED-E-SET products are proven to reduce changeover, improve quality, eliminate component damage, and increase revenue once implemented on any screen printer, pick-and-place, chip-shooter or dispensing machine.
