Seika Offers Optimized Sawa Mask Condition Checker with New Options

Apr 28, 2022

Seika Machinery, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has optimized its Sawa SCI-MCC (Mask Condition Checker) for the North American market with a variety of mask sizes, with power and language set upon order for its user base. The Sawa SCI-MCC is designed for metal stencil opening inspection.

The Sawa SCI-MCC checks metal stencil cleanliness easily in a simple, cost-effective system. The system performs a full inspection of solder residue and particle deposit on metal stencil openings after cleaning. Solder residue and particles that is too small to detect visually can be easily detected by SCI-MCC.

All of the openings in a specified area can be inspected with SCI-MCC. Additionally, each mask can be traced by a registered control number.  Pre-registration of Gerber data is not required.

For more information or to view the system, visit Metal Stencil Opening Inspection Machine SCI-MCC - YouTube.

Ask for a competitive quotation on any Seika equipment and place an order while supplies last. Contact Michelle Ogihara at 310-540-7310; e-mail michelle@seikausa.com; or visit www.seikausa.com.
