Seika Machinery, Inc. is pleased to announce plans to exhibit at SMTA International, scheduled to take place Nov 2-3, 2022 at the Minneapolis Convention Center in Minnesota. Seika will highlight the following equipment in Booth #1012: Malcom PCU-285 Viscometer, McDry Storage Cabinets, Sayaka CT23NJ PCB Router, Malcom RCX Series Modular Reflow Oven Profiling System and Unitech UC-250M-CV PCB Cleaner.
The new Malcom PCU-285 CE certified viscometer features an onboard PC with a full LCD touchscreen display. A unique spiral sensor provides continuous measurement of non-Newtonian fluids with excellent repeatability. Malcom utilizes a patented double cylinder pump method to ensure proper and successful screen printing.
McDry Dry Cabinets provide optimal ultra-low humidity and moisture-proof storage for IC packages. Moisture-sensitive components when safely and properly stored in McDry have an indefinite floor-life and micro-cracking or pop-corning during the reflow process is not an issue. McDry cabinets conform to IPC/JEDEC J-STD 033D and IPC 1602 industry standards.
The standalone Sayaka CT23NJ PCB Router is the answer for hassle-free PCB depaneling through the employment of a router bit that minimizes stress on components. The high-speed spindle included in the machine speeds up cutting and maintains precision, while also allowing for flexible panel designs with various cutting patterns. With a built-in fixture based dust vacuum system, the PCB Depaneling system is sure to be clean and efficient.
The Malcom RCX Series Modular Reflow Oven Profiling System offers complete profiling of reflow ovens, including oven temperature, video imaging, O2 concentration and convection air velocity. It verifies that ovens are performing at optimal conditions and enables users to troubleshoot problem areas.
The Unitech PCB Cleaner features a dual dust removal system using a combination of a brush roller with the silicone / adhesive cleaning rollers. This ensures better results than a single brush or adhesive roller system. The UC-250M-CV has the ability to clean the top surface of PCBs, even chip components attached on the bottom side. In addition, an antistatic bar (ionizer) neutralizes static and prevent dust from collecting on the top surface of the PCB.
