Feb 02, 2009 �Bliss Industries has been a member of the SMTA for many years and it is our turn to�contribute�to this great organization by hosting a meeting and working to increase membership in the chapter. �We are based in the Silicon Valley and are very excited to do this. Most companies know who we are and many have never been to our headquarters and Lean Manufacturing Center. Directly following the SMTA chapter meeting, from 5-8 p.m., February 26, and from 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. on February 27, Bliss Industries will host its first ever facility open house. The tour will include Bliss' Visual 3-D engineering lab, product showroom and its in-house Lean Manufacturing Center for sheet metal fabrication. Bliss will also feature its new FLEXconveyor �A box build factory on wheels,� and complete manual conveyorized box build line.
