Parvus is now among the less than two percent of Lockheeds 4800 suppliers that have achieved this designation, said Parvus Founder and CTO, Troy Takach. After consistently delivering 100% quality and 100% on-time delivery for Lockheed, Parvus now has delegated source inspection authority. Some suppliers have worked for Lockheed for 25 years and have still not accomplished this.
As a result of becoming a Quality Select supplier, authorized inspection delegates at Parvus are now empowered to perform final product acceptance before shipping products to Lockheed. This authority provides Parvus with greater autonomy and flexibility, together with reduced oversight of products and processes.
Parvus utilizes an ISO 9001:2000 registered quality management system to design and manufacture its Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) electronics hardware and embedded computer systems. In addition to manufacturing subsystems onboard the F-22, Parvus has produced board-level and system-level solutions for the F-15, F-14, EA-6B, E4-B, T-38, QF-4, B1-B, 727, and many other airframes, as well as hundreds of other applications outside of the defense and aerospace industry.
