Kurtz Ersa Inc., a leading supplier of electronics production equipment, and Connect Tech, a hardware design and manufacturing company specializing in rugged, small form factor solutions, recently partnered to host an Advanced Selective Soldering Training Course from September 23–24 at Connect Tech’s facility in Ontario, Canada.
The two-day program drew participants from across the United States and Canada for an immersive learning experience. The sessions were led by Joe Clure, Head of Application/Demo Center at Kurtz Ersa, Inc., and covered advanced process control, optimization, and troubleshooting techniques for Ersa’s selective soldering systems.
The training combined classroom instruction with hands-on machine operation, giving attendees the opportunity to apply best practices in real-time production scenarios. Participants gained valuable insights into achieving consistent soldering quality, reducing cycle times, and maintaining system reliability.
