A high-energy, hands-on professional with a successful track record of advancements and significant improvements in supply chain and manufacturing processes, Sober joins Saline Lectronics with a strong operations background. He will be a wonderful asset to the team due to his extensive knowledge of operations planning, supply chain management, demand flow and lean manufacturing as well as quality improvement.
“My passion for manufacturing began with Instrumented Sensor Technology in the late 1980s,” commented Sober. “I truly enjoy technology, manufacturing and working with people in all functional areas to bring operations to world-class levels of performance.”
Sober comes to Saline Lectronics from a local manufacturer in Ann Arbor where he was responsible for manufacturing, materials management and business processes related to the fabrication and manufacture of solid oxide fuel cells for military and industrial applications. He has been in the industry for more than 22 years and holds an M.S. in Engineering Technology from Michigan State University.
