The ELM-800 is designed for high volume production and is twice as fast as the previous model. This Windows based, network capable system sports a new front end graphic interface, intuitive operator control system and super fast inline conveyor to get PCBs in and out quickly. Mark locations are easily established and displayed on a 17 inch LCD monitor. The progress of each mark is tracked and displayed in real time. Capable of marking Text, 1D, 2D and graphics, makes this solution highly flexible. CO2, Fiber and Yag lasers are available. Additional options include: fiducial recognition, bar code verifier, network, fume extraction and a loading and restacking system for batch processing.
