The QUICK 9544CJ Solder Robot work cell offers the largest work area (500 mm x 500 mm) through a precision overhead Cartesian gantry, 180 Watt power source, on board heated nitrogen (at the tip), dual tip cleaning stations (contact and non-contact), auto tip alignment device, full safety enclosure with front light curtain and more.
This innovative work cell is built on a combination welded steel frame with top extruded frame offering a stable platform for its high precision gantry. With speeds up to 400mm/sec, a repeatability rate of 0.02mm and huge work area this work cell chekcs all of the points for both manufacturing and prototyping.
