The ECC-700 TP is an edge carry, steel roller chain conveyor that may be positioned prior to AOI, but after reflow or wave exit. The conveyor uses an integrated laser thermal probe system that allows the engineer to select at what temperature the PCB is to be released to the next process. A digital interface is utilized to program the �Release� setting (in degrees).
Topside cooling fans assist in PCB temperature drop as the laser probe continually monitors and measures the PCB surface.
The probe is mounted on slide rails that allow for front to rear and side-to-side movement to capture the desired thermal read location.
