The ESB-300 has been designed for higher volume production lines that require Automatic Optical Inspection with Sorting, Review and Rework capability, without stopping the line.
The ESB-300 series has multiple functions that allow Good PCBs to continue to pass through the system, while buffering and presenting Suspect PCBs for review. The system allows for suspect PCBs to be presented to the operator (upon request) for review. False failures and/or reworked PCBs may be instantly reintroduced to production trough the same system, while true defects may be removed for further inspection.
This intelligent sorting system can buffer up to 12 PCBs while continuous performing pass through operation to the next process machine.
