At APEX 2014, ZESTRON showcased the ZESTRON® EYE, the latest digital monitoring system that enables the precise measurement and control of cleaning baths in real time and in the presence of flux residues. Designed for ZESTRON’s industry leading cleaning solutions, it consists of a state of the art liquid flow sensor that provides real time concentration measurement and enables a quick response to changes in the wash bath concentration
ZESTRON also introduced its latest cleaning agent, HYDRON® WS 400, a cleaning solution specifically designed to remove water-soluble (OA) flux residues at 3-5% concentration in spray-in-air inline and batch cleaning applications. Additionally, ZESTRON’s booth featured the Bath Analyzer 30, a new simple, inexpensive, easy-to-use method that provides reliable and accurate measurements of cleaning agents, used at low concentrations.
The APEX edition of ZESTRON News was also released at the show, featuring an excerpt from the technical paper "Concentration Monitoring Closed Loop Control – Phase 2," based on beta testing and analyses conducted on the ZESTRON® EYE.
