ZESTRON, the globally leading provider of high precision cleaning products, services and training solutions for the electronics manufacturing industry, is pleased to announce its successful first year launch of ZESTRON’s automatic concentration monitoring and controlling system.
In early 2013, ZESTRON introduced the world’s first automatic concentration monitoring system, the ZESTRON® EYE, at SMT Nuremberg, Germany. This state-of-the-art system enables the precise measurement of cleaning bath concentration for electronics cleaning processes in the presence of flux residues. Following the initial launch, the ZESTRON® EYE was featured at SMTAI 2013, IPC APEX 2013, SMTAI 2014 as well as other industry events throughout Europe and Asia. Dozens of systems are now implemented within electronics manufacturing facilities worldwide.
Technical studies detailing the development of the ZESTRON® EYE monitoring system as well as a closed loop control system featuring the ZESTRON® EYE technology were presented at SMTAI 2013 “Concentration Monitoring and Closed Loop Control – A Technological Advancement” and at IPC APEX 2014 “Concentration Monitoring and Closed Loop Control – Phase 2” respectively, and published in Circuits Assembly magazine in April 2014 and July 2014.
