PEMBROKE, Bermuda, Dec. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ The Board of Directors of Tyco Electronics Ltd. has d a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per common share. The dividend is payable on Feb. 3, 2009, to shareholders of record as of Jan. 13, 2009.
