Seica, Inc. pleased to announce the expansion of its operations in Mexico. The company’s facility in Querétaro, which spans 3,000 square feet, is equipped to offer comprehensive testing services, fulfilling the demand for both simple and complex quick-turn testing within Mexico’s fast-growing electronics industry.

Seica Mexico’s state-of-the-art test service operation is designed to benefit customers by eliminating the delays and increasing costs associated with shipping products to the US. With a highly skilled team of engineers, Seica Mexico is prepared to support customers from various sectors including automotive, medical, electric vehicle, and military industries.

Seica Mexico offers full testing services and quick-turn testing for prototype and production runs. This capability is particularly advantageous for local customers who require rapid testing turnaround times. The Querétaro office is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including the Pilot V8 Next Series for flying probe testing and the Compact Digital for in-circuit and functional testing. These advanced systems ensure high-quality and precise testing of various electronic components, including loaded PCBs, flexible circuits, wafers, bare board substrates, and assembly units.

In addition to testing, Seica offers reverse engineering services at its Querétaro operations. These services are ideal for prototypes or low to medium-volume products, providing a fast and cost-effective solution without the need for CAD data.

Seica’s process ensures efficiency from quotation to the provision of testing services:

  1. NDA signed (if required) and CAD data provided to Seica.
  2. Testability report and quotation provided to the customer.
  3. Upon approval, the P.O. is submitted to Seica.
  4. Product delivery and data evaluation.
  5. Project meetings as required and project completion.
  6. The test program is part of the deliverables along with a CoC (certificate of conformity)

Seica utilizes the most advanced tools on the market to provide optimal board test coverage and documentation, ensuring customer satisfaction and confidence.
