Mirtec Selected By Its Customers For a 2011 Service Excellence Award

MIRTEC, "The Global Leader in Inspection Technology", announces that it has been awarded a 2011 Circuits Assembly Service Excellence Award in the category of Electronics Suppliers — Test and Inspection for its outstanding customer ratings, as judged by its own customers.

Circuits Assembly Editor-in-Chief Mike Buetow presented the award to Brian D’Amico, President, during a Tuesday, April 12, 2011 ceremony that took place at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Convention Center in Las Vegas during the IPC APEX EXPO 2011.

The 19th annual Service Excellence Awards for Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) Providers and Electronics Assembly Suppliers honor companies excelling in the crucial area of customer service.

For the awards, companies are rated on a scale of 1 (poor) to 5 (superior) in five service categories: dependability; ease of use; responsiveness; technology; and value for price.
