Jul 02, 2016 ASM Assembly Systems with their Partners Easy have just completed another roadshow in Manaus, Brazil. The event was hosted in the facility of EASY, an ASM partner in the city of Manaus. EASY and ASM provide sales, service, applications and spare parts support from this building for SIPLACE and DEK customers in the Manaus area.
Multiple groups of customers came for individual equipment demonstrations throughout the week. Visitors were able to see the flexibility and performance of both the DEK Horizon Printer and SIPLACE SX Placement machine platforms.
Attendees were given an overview of the complete ASM portfolio, covering semiconductor, microelectronics packaging and assembly and SMT printing and placement. Visitors were given a live demonstration of the SX machine platform, including the versatile Multistar Head with its huge component range and 3 placement modes. The DEK horizon platform was presented with many options for print process enhancement, single sweep cyclone cleaning and hawkeye inspection.
The sessions finished with an overview of our software productivity tools that support workflows in the areas of New Product Introduction, Changeover and Line Monitoring.
