Key features include a 90kV 5 micron, micro-focus sealed X-Ray tube, a standard high resolution digital flat panel detector, computer controlled kV and mA settings, and variable speed X-Y stage. Full featured image processing CPU with 23’’ LCD flat panel monitor, and mega pixel mapping camera with zoom window are standard.
The X-Scope 6000 is a more advanced system offering a 130kV 5 micron micro-focus sealed X-Ray tube, larger oblique angle viewing, and a rotating work table allowing automated rotation up to 350°. An ultra resolution digital flat panel detector is standard.
All of the models in the X-Scope series are fully programmable CNC controlled that allow operators to program inspection and measurement routines with point-and-click ease. The X-Scope also includes the X-Scope 2000 and 3000, which sit in between the 1800 and 6000. In addition to the X-Scope series, Scienscope also offers various 100 percent automated inline (AXI) platforms such as the X-Scope 8000 to meet the needs of many different industries.
