The NEPCON Best Engineer Award 2008 is an inaugural event in which engineers engaged in the SMT industry can register to nominate themselves or companies can recommend candidates through the NEPCON South China event organizer, Reed Exhibitions China or via SMT China magazine. The leading SMT industry forum, SMT Home, is the co-organizer of the award. Nominees will be assessed by a panel of experts, with the possibility of becoming an official candidate for the award.
According to the online voting results and assessment from panel experts, the awards will produce four outstanding winners, one in the category of �SMT China � NEPCON South China 2008 Best Engineer and three for �Outstanding Engineer.� Winners will each receive a laptop computer and a coveted trophy during an award ceremony to take place on the last day of the NEPCON South China exhibition.
