Siemens Electronics Assembly Systems Moves to a New Expanded Complex

Siemens Electronics Assembly Systems (SEAS) is proud to announce its move to a beautiful new and expanded complex just north of downtown Atlanta. The move was finalized the second week of July and the facility is now fully operational. The new complex is a picturesque two-story brick building located at 3975 Lakefield Court, Suite #106, Suwanee, Georgia 30024.

Mr. Butch Garrison, President of SEAS Americas stated, “We have just launched an exciting new range of SIPLACE Products that will allow us to serve a much broader range of manufacturers in the Americas. We now provide solutions that fit perfectly into the most flexible, small-lot sized operation and all the way up to the highest volume manufacturers. In line with these expanded opportunities it made sense to relocate into a new facility, which was specifically designed to handle the increase in business as well as to provide a truly superior customer experience for our visitors.”

The 29,000 square foot complex includes a new SIPLACE Customer Suite specifically designed for the ultimate visitor experience. The revolutionary new concepts of gantry modularity and mixed mode placement can be demonstrated there. The modular Training Center is equipped with the industry’s first contemporary classrooms featuring multi-media functionality and smart board technology.

Support for more than 2,200 SIPLACE machines installed throughout the Americas will come from the SIPLACE Technical Operations Center, providing 24 hour technical assistance and 24 hour rapid deployment of spare parts. The center is managed by a SIPLACE Support Team with 100+ years of unmatched engineering experience in the SMT industry.

SIPLACE machines are known to hold the highest residual value in the industry, and the new Refurbishment Center will continue to supply SIPLACE Certified Pre-Owned Equipment with the same specifications and warranty options as a new machine.

With the new expanded complex, Siemens has increased its capabilities to provide superior customer service to the electronics manufacturing market in the Americas region as a leading solution provider and technology partner.
